I left money in the coin compartment 18.00 dollars in 2 dollar bills and a 10.00 dollar bill that was stolen while the car was getting serviced. I reached out to my service advisor and left a voice mail. This is unacceptable and wrong to take money or anything personal from a customer car.
Bill is amazing and always so kind, thorough and helpful whenever I have come in for service. He goes above and beyond in every aspect and is always a pleasure to work with. I will especially always come back to work with him, he’s truly a gem!
