I have NO issue with Anthony. He is courteous and communicated with me frequently. When I received the paperwork indicating that more work was required no where did it indicate that I wouldn’t have my car for a full day, rather than the 3 hours originally indicated. Not did I anticipate, nor was it communicated by text or phone call, how massively the bill would balloon from mid $500’d to over &1100 due to over $700 labor charge. I have been driving Lexus for over 15 years and was stunned when I came to collect my car. I was amazed and angry.

Danecia is truly the best! Every time I come to Lexus , she’s the busiest one I see working with customers. She deserves a raise because I’ve been there several times and she really is so caring to all her customers and you can tell it’s super genuine. She doesn’t rush people off and actually listens to your concerns. You need people like her in a workplace when people are dealing with stressful matters with their car. She’s always so patient and great customer service every time I come drop my car off.
