Larry is always very thorough and when I leave the dealership I feel confident that my vehicle is running as it should be! Such a great guy too and a pleasure to work with! Your appointment process does not work efficiently. It is basically a first come first served I had an 8am appointment but had 6 cars ahead of me in line so I wasn’t logged in until after 8:15. It took almost 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. I normally would not complain but your service person was also rude when I asked about it.

I’m grateful oil changes and tire rotations are included for the first few years of having my vehicle. I am bothered by the fact that I’m alerting there 2 hours or more. Thus it’s hard to plan for work and family matters on when I will be back to Pulaski. The employees are always kind and informative so I keep coming back.
