Patrick was very nice. Everything was taken care of just like it was supposed to be. Even finished sooner than expected.
Took a little longer than usual. But service writer was great and so was the service.

Arrived at service department, stood there for 5 minutes without being helped. There were 2 employees there ignoring me. A simple hello would have been fine. Didn't address minor problems I have with my truck. Was told I would have to bring it back and leave it all day. Also, tried to get a second key fob from parts department. I was originally told it would be $199. When I told the guy waiting on me that the key fob was part of the original sale, he then said it wasn't available. Extremely disappointed.

.. We are nearing 25 years with this car and it’s still near mint condition as I’ve taken so very good care of it. Unfortunately, the transmission is getting tired now and on this MR2 specialty car we found out it’s gonna be complicated to repair!! ???? I can’t imagine anyone else giving me that TERRIBLE NEWS than him!

I thought they were going to call me when it was finished and they didn’t.
I had an appt at 8:30 AM this morning, and I did not receive an update on my vehicle for hours… after 2 hours, I called and spoke to Michael, and he informed me that my vehicle hadn’t been diagnosed or looked at yet. Then at noon, I called again three times and due to lunch no one answered the phones or returned my voicemails,, so I decided to go to the shop since I still hadn’t received an update. At this point, we are 4 hours after my scheduled appointment, yet my car still had no update or diagnosis. This is unacceptable, I made my appointment 2 weeks in advance in order to get the first available morning appointment today. While Michael was very polite, it does not make sense to have a scheduled appointment yet not receive service until hours after my appointment regardless of staffing since my appointment was on the schedule. The car was looked at which I appreciate, but only after I had to show up in-person to gather information on my car and considered canceling my appointment and taking my car elsewhere.
