The red area on my phone was on done yesterday as I told the guy for that to be pulled out and when I was driving home yesterday In of my car it came up saying security with being red. I will come today by 2:00 .

I’ve been going to Robert’s Toyota for many years and always get exceptional service and trades.
Had an appointment at 10:30 and it was after 12:30 before my vehicle was ready. This was for an oil change and tire rotation only. People who came i to the waiting room quite a bit after me, were done way before my vehicle. I was in the waiting room with another woman who got there right before me and was only there for an oil change and they called me before her. We were the last two in the waiting area.
Chris was so kind, so easy to talk with, and provided the best service I've had at Roberts.

I just spent almost $3200 with y’all because all my brake lights were on on the dash and they all just came back on. The issue was already intermittent and they weren’t on when I dropped it off so this reeks of having a customer spend maximum money without even being sure of what’s wrong. I just spent over $3k for nothing. Forgive me but this is beyond frustrating.
I previously submitted a negative feedback experience, but this was intended for Hyundai of Columbia. I recently came in for maintenance and a potential sale and both experiences have been great.

Absolutely not satisfied! It took a week to fix what we told you was wrong with the car the first time we called ! Service of not providing a loaner is poor service for your customers! If a loaner had been provided I would have most likely gotten my vehicle back a lot sooner . Thankful that the young man who repaired it finally is the one to look at it , otherwise it would most likely still be sitting there ! Your service department doesn’t measure up for a dealership that is as long lived and respectable as is presented .
Michael was as professional, efficient and as friendly as they come. That’s one of the more enjoyable and pain free service appointments I’ve had in a long time!

Do not contact me. The communication at your service department is deplorable. No one called me to let me know what was wrong with my vehicle. You were suppose to leave the keys under the driver seat because it was after hours before I could pick up. I had to be late to work to pick up my vehicle the next morning. If I was contacted about what you found I probably would have let ypu go ahead and fix the problem. I have stopped coming there for my oil change service also because of your lack of communication. Twice before I have showed up to get my vehicle serviced with discusion of using the courier and them not being available when I get there. The last last being told that ypu no longer offer the service even though I would request every time I made appointments.
The appointment allowed all new car issues to be properly addressed. Aidan was very helpful.
