I called over a week in advance to make an appointment for an oil change for Thursday April 3rd. I arrived to the dealership for my appointment time and we end up having to speak with the ladies who work in scheduling, as my name was not on the schedule. After doing some digging, they could see where my appointment was supposed to be that day but was for some reason deleted. When offering to be put in as a waiter, the service advisor said every rack was full, as they had a busy schedule that day. So instead of getting my oil changed that day, I then had to come back the next day making yet another special trip to town, as I live about 30 minutes outside of Columbia. Not a word was mentioned by the staff about the issue or inconvenience it caused me when I returned to actually have my car serviced. Instead I learned there is a recall for a censor having to do with the airbags in my car, meaning yet another trip to the dealership next week…if my appointment is even still on the schedule by then. :/
