Chris and the gentleman helping him at the desk were incredibly kind and courteous. My only complaint is the length of time for my service. It took nearly three hours for an oil change, tire rotation, and safety recall to occur. This unfortunately has become the trend with the service department. This makes the third time that it has taken 3 hours to complete a simple service. It is incredibly frustrating to have to anticipate spending nearly half of my day at the dealership waiting on a service that in the past has only taken 45-60 minutes to complete, especially when I have to take off work to get this done. I understand that good work is hard to find and keep (as I work in healthcare and get the struggle), however it would be very helpful if there could be options explored to decrease the amount of wait time for consumers.
