The tech was informative and kind. My problem was the time management. I had an 0830 appt, and didn’t get out til 1000. That’s a problem. Sat in the “Customer Lounge” area. It was more like customer torture. Staff running back and forth, in and out, that’s a problem. Maintenance with a ladder, posing as electrician, he made an obvious mistake. That’s a problem. Uncomfortable chairs, that’s a problem. So yes there is a problem there and it’s not the technician.

Sean received my car at the time of the appointment, assessed the problem quickly, repaired it quickly, made valid recommendations for general maintenance repairs, and charged me the estimated costs. That service is what I wanted and I appreciated receiving that level of service

Mariah was nice to deal with. We were told multiple times when it would be done which it was longer. I was them called and told I need 4 new tires when I had got new ones a month ago . I am not sure what that issue was with that. Mariah was easy and nice to deal with. I do believe she did what she could to help. The problems we had with the technicians was not her fault.

I was told the process was to take 8-10 hours and I brought my vehicle in early for service and it took 5 days to complete the work

Sean was very helpful. In quick order the problem was determined to be a brake problem, not related to the serpentine belt. He also took care of the mud flaps. I appreciate his good work.
