Service was fast and glad they are open at 8am and didn’t have to drop my keys of in a drop box ,the only thing my husband did mention is that someone came out and told him to move the truck and wasn’t very nice about it .

Chris told me the repairs to the brake system were covered by some sort of warranty and that the parts were ordered and then weeks later when the car was supposed to be repaired he called and said the repairs aren’t covered.

The service was fine. I asked the attendant why spark plug replacement on my Highlander was so expensive. He explained the location of the spark plugs is difficult to access. I drove to Columbia for this service because the price was lower than Franklin. Toyota should keep in mind service on their cars.

I had to wait an hour and a half for them to take pictures of my 4 whelks and give me approval for warranty coverage. I would understand if there were lots of other customers there. But I got right in. There did not seem to be any semblance of concern for the customer’s time. Then, once done, I had to call 5 times and leave 2 messages to get someone to email me the claim information to hire the work done. Finally about 5 hours after first calling I finallyI received it.

You made a key. That can be done at many locksmith shops at a lower price. The key works ..as one would expect.

Everyone I spoke to and worked with was fabulous. I so appreciate the great service I get each time I come in. I had an actual issue to have fixed this time and the woman I spoke to got me in the next day and was super helpful. Love your service department!
