I dropped my car off for an oil change and asked for a car wash.. I was told sure no problem. My car was not ran through the car wash. I was just disappointed when I picked my vehicle up.

Service manager is aware of why I was not completely satisfied. I made an appointment for 8am and arrived at 7:45 and checked in. I told him I was waiting on my vehicle to be completed. It was 10:00am before they pulled my truck in to change the dash cam which took approx 45 mins. I saw them when they pulled my truck in at 10am. To say the least I was very disappointed in this.

I trusted but your service team couldn't deliver. I understand that a couple of guys called in and appointments could not be kept. I hung around a couple of hours but had to keep another appointment (doctor) May give you another opportunity to do better in the future??? I drive an hour and a half to Columbia. You've always done well in the past but let me down this trip.

We scheduled an oil change and we’re stuck at your dealer for 3 hours. Never again.
