Your prices are getting way to high I may not be back they are ridiculous I used to pay about $70 or $80 for a simple oil change now it’s $133 that’s is a rip off big time I don’t care what you say how can people make it now with prices keep going up and no more money in my pockets how can middle class make it if you can’t do anything about this I will not be back to support your business! Chris was well spoken and kind, but in the towing of the vehicle, passenger rain guard became loose cause was towed backwards which only way to load my vehicle, so wind caught it. Also in the tow, tow driver broke safety hitch on tow hitch of vehicle. I asked at the dealership if both could be fixed, neither was caused by my own doing, and they said yes, glue the rain guard back, bend the hitch back and weld it. Neither was done.

Connor was not very friendly, and acted like he could care less about our business. We arrived before our appointment time of 8:00, and our car was not finished until after 9:30. We asked if someone could look at our air conditioning system and passenger door locks. He informed us after our service was completed that no one could look at it today, and we would need to schedule that for later. He didn’t even offer us information about our service today or if we needed help with scheduling. He just told us to sign the papers. We also didn’t get the print out of the inspection.
