Chris was very respectful and has a good positive attitude, he was very polite and listened to what things I wanted done to my car, Chris even kept informed on the progress of my car, he came and got me when my car was gone and went over everything they had done and the results of it , Chris had done a awesome job I will give him 10 stars for it.

Poor communication within the service department and me, and the $1200 I spent to have the rattling noise underneath the right front of the car was not resolved even though I was told it was. Very frustrating.
