I fully trust Pat and his complete evaluation of the problem. It is the first time I have received this support from your service organization for this problem; which has been present since I purchased this very fine Toyota. It still has a problem in functioning as I believe it should; and as explained by Pat, I believe that either the operational definition from TOYOTA or the design is not what meets the customers’ needs. Pat was clear about all the explanations he provided, but I still had difficulty in the operation of same. I need an explanation, from a key designer, to be assured that this function cannot not be made more useful. Thank you for your support! I have been a Toyota owner since the early 1970’s. Above and beyond service! Our battery died in our new car and the Toyota dealership sent us away telling us it was a wearable item and was not warranties, nor could they even check our battery without internet (multimeter?) I at the beginning told them about my wife and newborn at home, this is their only transportation with me leaving town and they had no remorse. Toyota of Columbia swooped in for the rescue and save! Everyone was polite, courteous and professional! We will definitely be having our vehicle serviced here from now on and even making all our new Toyota purchases from here! Thank you again staff at Toyota of Columbia aka Roberts Toyota! You’ll are awesome!
