Disappointed that service advisor was impatient with me as I questioned why the assigned didn't appear to be completed. Wonder WHY my vehicle required three visits to get a CORRECT windshield wiper installation. Appears to be NO ACCOUNTABILITY offered by service advisor. Considering other sources of service.

I was quoted 139.00. My appointment was at 9 AM. I dropped it off, stopped in at 1:30 to see if it was done and they hadn’t started it yet. I then got a call at 2:30 saying they were starting it and then got a call at 3:30 saying they were done. When I showed up my bill was $500 and they told me it took them 2 1/2 hours to splice three wires. When I questioned the bill, he told me that’s just how much they charge. I was considering trading in my 2017 tundra for a new one however, I will not be back to your business nor will be training in with you guys.
