My wife had to bring our Highlander in for oil change for me. I had appointment for 2:30. She got there a little early and it was 4 o’clock before she left. Not happy with the amount of time it took
On January 13th I took my GR86 to have a tire fixed. I was advised that they were not able to plug it that I would need to replace it. I was told that they had one in stock and would be more than happy to replace it. I agree with putting a new tire on due to the weather that was coming for the following week and didn’t want a flat tire. I guess as they were taking my tire off they had broken some of my tire studs and lug nuts. They left my slow leaking tire on unit I was able to get it back into town on January 26. When I arrived at my appointment on the 26th at 9:00 AM, I was advised that my tire would not be in until lunchtime. I have been their several times with remote start on my phone and that has never been addressed either.

Larry was cool and very upfront about any issues he had knowledge of at the time.
The issue was that the tech who performed the initial inspection concluded the brakes were in the green.
The hybrid tech looked at the brakes which were shown to have less than 0-3mm remaining. Quite the difference there. Larry communicated he was sorry it wasn't noted before, but was glad it was caught. He's a cool dude, and he did everything he was supposed to.
Mistakes happen, but it's always one thing or the other at Robert's. After my last service, I had to have the upholstery cleaned (driver seat, console, and steering wheel) due to a dark residual stain in the driver side from someone with grease/oil on their clothes/hands. My car has seen better days, so I'm not mad about it, but I would be have been if I owned a newer car.
The time before that the wheels were noticeably out of balance at highway speeds, so I had to take it to a tire shop at my destination to get the wheels rebalanced.
Having to go back behind the service to fix those small mistakes is mildly irritating but not a deal breaker .
Larry is very nice and cares about the customer's satisfaction. He took care of my needs with my vehicle and assured me they would be there to take care of me if I had any more problems. Steve was also a nice and caring person.

Patrick provided great customer service. I purchased a service contract and will be returning to Robert’s for future maintenance. However, I requested that the hatch wind shield wiper blade be replaced and when I was driving back home I turned on the wiper to clear the hatch window (due to rain storm)and the wiper mechanism came apart and left hanging.
I would like to be contacted so it can be attached back on or replaced.
