I appreciated that Michael knew who I was based on my car and the time I pulled into the garage. Even at Cool Springs Toyota, appointment scheduling feels meaningless because I end up waiting as long as anyone else and certainly feel unexpected. So, major kudos! I appreciated the repair of the bad wheel bearing being covered under warranty because I had clicked a few miles over the 25k point in my drive from home to the garage. More importantly, Michael immediately led the conversation about what was wrong with my car by letting me know upfront that my warranty was covering it. Pretty much a pleasant and stressless visit despite needing a legitimate repair.

Almost two hours for an oil change that was scheduled is unacceptable and this was the second time in a row. Most likely not coming back. Shop needs to be managed better.

My appointment was for 8:00 and I didn't get out of there till 15 minutes after 11:00 the mechanic did a great job but you need more people to help him because you made too many appointments for 8:00 for him to do a lot of work on a lot of cars
