David was great we have no personal complaint but the car was not entirely fixed. Car was taken in for check engine light and O2 sensor replaced under warranty. The check engine light remained on so the car was kept overnight. After 2 days car was ready for pickup and check engine light came back with the same code 5 minutes after leaving the lot. We weren’t given any clear direction on what was wrong with the car.

Keep up the good work, things have gone better with customer service in the service department. I might reconsider not buying Toyota again because although the Highlander has been the best car I’ve bought and owned (9 years no break downs), I was set on buying a new car due to service issues, but if things keep going like they did Today, I might buy another brand new Toyota car soon.

I found the magazine on Trump that Evans subscribes to and puts in the offensive, and it’s ironic when the TV has a note on it saying that the channels are for ALL viewers. Also, the wait that I had to endure was way too long, especially because I didn’t know until after the fact that you were short staffed. It might have helped if someone had told me that to begin with, so I could have planned accordingly. All the problems that were found with my vehicle day were also surprising in light of the fact that they weren’t found when I was there a month ago. What the heck?!
