Was treated with the utmost care. Thank you for such courteous service. The seating inside the waiting area needs some work. Thought I was going to fall through the soft seats. Need to be firmer.

Billing was incorrect. Should have been billed for one Qt. Of oil the other 6 are included in the basic oil change, according to my previous oil change bill at another Toyota dealer and the different dealer I called today. You billed me twice for 6 quarts of oil. Doesn’t really matter what was signed when fraud is involved.
