The service process on my vehicles at Evans Toyota is seamless and I truly appreciate the efficiency of John Geiger and the team!
I appreciated how responsive he was to questions, went back for clarifications, and waited patiently for me when I was on a conference call.
The service and experience were great. But it took longer than anticipated.
Service was good . But, I was told it would take an hour 15 minute to an hour and 30 minutes and it was 2 hours. I was not in a hurry today but it was disappointing that it took longer than I was told.
John was pleasant and efficient.
I really look forward to going in and getting my oil change, John Geiger is so nice and so polite...I used to hate going in for a oil change but since John is there, he keeps you smiling, jokes with you, always tells you up front on length of time and explains everythingthing,thanks John!

Very difficult reaching anyone in service to get update on vehicle and additional recommended repairs . I got the text message and report that said I need new struts and I agreed but never got a call back despite leaving 2 messages and calling at various times throughout the day Friday. Jacob was good when I got there but it seems service department fell behind on Friday and not picking up the phone or calling me back. had to try again Saturday, first time no answer second time the front desk lady went back herself to get someone to take my call. was able to get update and find out part isn’t in stock until maybe Monday .. so decided to get struts done elsewhere . Otherwise service itself was good although windshield washer fluid wasn’t filled.
