I greatly appreciate your care and expertise taken with what kind of service needs I required and addressed them fully. I thought I needed an oil change and instead I just needed a tire rotation. The service advisor was very prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and earned my trust. I was upfront that my previous and only experience was dreadful when the alternator failed on my Sienna van having an emergency repair while being stranded out of town for 3 or 4 days. The service advisor shared he hoped this experience is better than the last. I’m so thankful that is is. Thank Evans Toyota for a great experience.
