The team went above and beyond to ensure all of the needed and important repairs were made within the same day of drop off. It was the Saturday of a holiday weekend and they worked very hard so that we would not have to go for three days without a car. So helpful and so kind! Appreciated.

Kay was very welcoming from the time I drove in & he checked my car in.
Just like now I have moved what was sent to my cell phone to my email on computer. I received a text that was my car service was finished but he still came to where I was in waiting area & called my name.
**Btw I just tested to see if I spelled something wrong if it would be identified but it wasn't.
When I checked out and requested a copy of specifics shared in text on phone he patiently/kindly printed everything off.
He also explained some things that will be sent/supplied in the future.
I am very satisfied with his respect & excellent customer service.
