I’ve brought my car here 6 or 7 times for and the time estimation to complete the work is always half of what it actually takes
I work in a similar industry - understand things happen and there are unknowns - but more conservative or accurate estimations of time to complete work would be appreciated

No fresh popcorn. Showroom vehicles needs to be changed around more often with more varieties displayed. My Avalon was a floor model. Show off your good product. Maybe you could sell a few more new cars. Looks kind of stale in the showroom.
Kay did a great job. Technicians should probably, in the future, wipe the mounting compound off of the wheels when they are finished.

ENGINE HAD NO OIL.I ASKED THEM IF OIL WAS FROM ENGINE THEY SAID NO ITS FROM THE EXHAUST.THEY GAVE ME THE OKAY TO DRIVE IT,ENDING DROVE WITH NO OIL IN THE ENGINE.GOD WILL TAKE REVENGE FOR ME.ALSO MANGER SAID I WAS NOT ALOUD TO GO IN WORKING AREA WHEN I ASK THE DAY BEFORE BUT TODAY THEY LET ME??.I WORK HARD TO PAYING YOU GUYS.LEFT ME WITH NO CAR I COULD'VE PAYIED YOU GUYS TO FILL IT.I ASK GOD FOR REVENGE FROM MANGERS SPECIFICALLY
They left air filter loose and cabin air filter holder broke and the cabin air filter frame loose. I already set everything back except for the cabin holder that I don't know where to find it to buy it. From desk person 5 star nice person and easy to understand went he spoke to me. Yes I be back for my free oil and filter because is free but make sure to do a inspection on everything you guys touch to make sure everything is set.
