Hey Grant - thank you! Quick heads up: when my car was parked, my lights were left off, rather than back on auto, which is my default. No worries - but my guess is maybe 0.1% of customers could get freaked out thinking you "broke" them. (So, basically, idiots.) But every 1,000 cars you see has someone potentially reaching out to you or on Google or wherever with a bad review. And I'm guessing you guys do thousands a quarter. I'm in customer service, (among other parts of my job) and figured it was worth mentioning my perspective on limiting negative customer feedback with a small adjustment in policy to final delivery checks back to customer. When we purchased our 2020 Toyota Camry in Feb 2023 with around 46800 miles,and we were supposed to receive 2 free oil changes and 4 tire rotations. Last summer, our first service notice came due, and we got a notice from Evans Toyota about it. We brought the car up to Ft. Wayne, since we live 45 minutes south of town, and when we arrived we thought we were supposed to get an oil change, since it appeared the oil had been serviced around the 41000 mile range, when it was certified and put out on the lot for sale. We were surprised when the service person said it was just a tire rotation. So for this service we brought it back in for what we thought was supposed to be an oil change at 10000 mile interval, only to be told that it again it was a tire rotation. So they did an oil change and then put a sticker in the window for the next oil change to happen in 5000 miles. I can't help but the think that records aren't straight in the service department or that I'm getting a run around on one of my oil services. Someone needs to straighten thus this out.

My 2018 Camray did not have Car Play. I called to ask about having it put in about 2 months ago. I was told it could be done at no cost. I said I would wait until my next service. I was told that it could be done then very easily.
When I brought my car in this week, in preparation for a long trip, I was surprised to find that it would now cost me $170 to have it done. I am outraged. I could have had it done months ago if I had known.
I recently moved into the area and this was my first service experience.
It was not a good experience.

Two and a half hours waiting for standard maintenance (oil change, etc) is excessive. Getting an update after two hours of waiting was a little slow in reacting to the situation. If it's a tough day, just be up front about it.
Awesome as usual. Tech and service manager did a great job.
