The 10k service was great! I like how they take a video walk around the vehicle wile performing the service. That is a great idea.
I do have a warranty issue with the phone portion of my tacoma. There is definitely some interference causing a buzzing noise. I have had you look at this twice and it seems like nobody wants to do anything about it. I was told there were no software updates available for this but my concern is if this isn't happening in all 23 tacoma's it's not a software issue it's a hardware issue. It has been this way since I bought the truck new back in January.

I should not have to call in 6 x to get a hold of somebody to figure out what’s going on with my car. Especially after I asked to be called when the diagnosis was made. Everyone is busy…busy is not an excuse for lack of communication… especially in sales. Because of lack of communication… The car that had to be kept overnight, which was a huge inconvenience because I was leaving for out of town travel that next morning. Again, asked to be called when the service was done the next day and nobody did. I called in again three times it took me operator being connected having to leave a message and calling back again. That should not take three times, especially given the history of this encounter. I have spent thousands of dollars in service at your dealership. This was the last straw. I will not be back.
