I dropped my vehicle off just before 0930. My appointment was for 0930. I received a text immediately after 0930 saying someone would be getting with me soon to let me know the extent of what my truck's problem was. I didn't hear anything until 1:13pm. This, was despite the fact that I had tried calling at least four times, plus Samantha sent a text to the service department for someone to call me back, but no one ever did.

Great service, great team members and customer service was good. They were quick to service my vehicle and repair it in a timely matter. I would recommend their service and would return again for service.

I took my truck in for a paint touch up job and I came back to it being is worse condition than when I dropped it off... service guy helped me out by getting the detailer guy to buff some stuff out but a complete lack of respect towards my truck that I love. Disappointed. Plus the guy had said " you know you have free maintenence right" and I said " yes. I called in and to get it scheduled bc I live an hour away from here and it's super inconvenient but the lady said that you couldnt do it today." He said " oh.... we definitely could have done it today". So again, disappointed. Service guy, I can't remember his name, was the saving grace of tonight. Give him a raise for making up for it.

I have never been to this location. I live 1.5hrs away and it was a trip I had to make before a move. Jerrad Adams was very friendly, smiled a lot, and took a genuine interest. He proved he was listening and paying attention by asking questions about topics I brought up. But also by making comments about his own life, such as his dad is an electrician. And who his dad worked for. He took the time to answer my childrens questions. When he came to get me when service was done he referenced back to the previous conversation remembering I had a long way home. He checked in with me if I ended up taking the shuttle, and remembered where I said I was going to go. Jerrad didnt rush me, and though he was busy, he created an environment that proved to the customer that he was competent and knew what to do, continued working while also taking time to make eye contact, respond, and ask questions. I hope he finds more confidence in himself, and believes in himself beyond what others may say. He has a lot of talent in the customer service area. Its been a long time since I had a car maintenance exchange that was positive to this degree.

It took a. Very long time to service and rotate. I understand a tech did some testing concerning the problem with the driver seat and was not able to find a problem. But 2houses plus seems quite long. Also they looked at the windshield and agree that there are quite a few tiny divots in it but he says it’s looks to him like **** hits. I don’t know of any time that we heard or felt anything hit the windshield and the pits showed up very soon after we picked up the car. The are all so very much alike in size and depth that it seem a more like possibly air in the glass. I really think there should be more that could be done about this for as new as the car is. Thanks for you interest in my concerns and would like to know what your thoughts are on these items.

The staff was courteous and helpful. Very efficient and friendly. They made sure they understood my problem and were thorough in their diagnostic and plan to correct the issues.
