I did ask the man who checked me in if he could show me how to disable the braking and backing up alerts if I had a bike rack on my trailer hitch. He told me it was in the settings on my screen but didn't seem to want to walk me through how to do it. So I will figure it out. I was just hopeful that someone would walk me through it. It's not a big deal. Everything else was fine.

Nobody answers the phone when you get transfered to service. I called 12 times in 3 hours. I couldn't load the video they sent me about my car inspection and wanted some verification. Took 3 hours and the receptionist to physically walk a note down to them for a return call. That's ridiculous.
