Great job. And the young man that checked us out was beyond great and VERY thorough. Very impressive for only being there a week or so. And the rattle in the right front under dash is non existent now.

Customer service is the number one reason I come back to Evans Toyota. John Geiger is the representative of that service. All the members of the team members have delivered . I’ve never had a repeat service visit for any work done.

I told the service department that I had a 3/15 meeting 30 minutes away. My appointment was 1:00. I had to tell them I needed to go at 2:50 because they were still not done with my vehicle. I waited an additional 10 minutes in the parking lot and was late for my meeting. I think people make an appointment for a reason and the service team should respect people’s time.
