I got an oil change on Tuesday. When I backed my Jeep up to leave Wednesday morning the Jeep made a terrible noise. I brought it to the service department to see if you could fix it. I knew it had happened as a result of the oil change. I waited 4 HOURS and lost about 200 dollars of work while I waited. Turns out that it was as simple as re-rotating the tires. The problem was fixed in about 10 minutes. I should never have waited so long. I wasted an entire morning for a simple fix. I'll be hard pressed to return or recommend your services to anyone.

When we drove the car a metallic clicking started that has never been present before. Now I've lost 4 hours of work waiting here and I'm out 200 dollars.

Derek was a perfect gentleman from the get go! He engaged in a dialogue that gave me confidence in the service! He was well groomed as well which gave me even more confidence! I did notice a large amount your employees didn’t wear your dealership logo dress which would give a more positive and uplifting environment to your customers! In your waiting area the future is destroyed! The man driving the shuttle is very unkept! Just suggestions for a more positive experience.

The appointment today was exceedingly long for routine service but John Geiger kept me fully informed as to the progress being made. Evan’s is fortunate to have such a dedicated and customer centered employee. He deserves a raise!

He is the best you have according to me I stop coming there for my services even though I still had free services left before I stopped coming ever time I came for just a simple oil change service there was always something else every time and when a your mechanic put a small spare on the front wheel of my car because he messed up my tire trying to put it back on the rim. And you never put it on the front. Then when the new tire came in and was put on they left a lug nut off so I had to go buy one and put it on myself.
