I only have had my car for one month and it has been in your service department 3 times with no resolution or answer to the problem. I’m afraid that something else will happen or this problem will keep happening. I’m very disheartened with my car buying experience

My car was in the shop all day and they didn’t find a single thing on it. I kept calling to find no answers, and finally they tried to tell me I couldn’t get it fixed in one day, and we’re gonna charge me over $1000. I still had to pay $154 for them not doing anything to my car. Will not be returning.
