Heidi was personable, complete, and efficient. She listened attentively and acted on what she heard, making sure our service was completed timely and offered valet service which was extremely helpful. Appreciate her help so much!
May I also say that we had another recall done in this expedition when the dealership was Beamon Ford. And the service at that time was terrible. So this experience was 110% better and a pleasant surprise!

Price for repairs was outrageous. Staff was great, but labor costs were truly too much.
It was not fixed even though the personnel tried very hard.
April is the best! She always makes sure I’m taken care of, and ensures customer satisfaction. I will always request April when visiting Reiselman Ford in Dickson!
The customer service was not great at all. When we picked the vehicle up our fuel light was on which is not how we left it. The service guy charged us a deductible when they told us at the beginning it was covered under ford. Probably one the worst dealings we’ve had at a dealership.
Great service by the dealership and Heidi. She was friendly and knowledgeable and answered all questions I had. I left my truck at 8:45 and it was ready for pick up in about 1-2 hours. That was really surprising and appreciated.

Jonathan took very good care of me in Josh’s absence. I was in for a tune up (new plugs,) and addressing a knocking sound I’d hear primarily when turning. Having the sway bar end links replaced did the trick! The truck is running AMAZING! No more knocking sounds. My tire pressure sensor light is coming on again. I recently had the sensor replaced, so will need to bring the truck back in for that when I get back in town. Thanks Josh and Jonathan and Reiselman Ford! ????
