I requested an oil change only. Tire rotation was done without authorization. My tires were overinflated to factory tire size standards. Over-inflation will cause cupping. Had I been consulted prior, I would have been happy to discuss the ideal psi for my oversized aftermarket tires.

Not receiving a timely repair to my tuck that Ford has been aware of for over a year. The change of name on this Ford dealership is horrible! Everything that Beamen had pending had to rediagnosed for the change of name on the dealership. It makes me think they are waiting for my warranty to run out! That’s a cheap embarrassing move for a business as respectful as Ford.

When I dropped my vehicle off, the man told me my representative (Heidi) was not in yet. I realized after I left that I had not asked him to check the taillights and asked my wife to call and let them know. She called and left a message. About an hour later, I got a text stating that I had missed my appointment and would need to reschedule. I called to inquire about this but had to leave a message. Heidi did not return the call even after I requested her to return the call so I would know my truck was being serviced. When I received a copy of the mechanic's report, I noticed 2 things. 1. Someone signed the consent forms, but it wasn't me, and 2. there was no indication that the taillight was replaced. I called again and the operator wanted to put me through to Heidi's voicemail, but asked her not to because I had already left Heidi a voicemail and she had not returned my call and I needed to speak to a human. The operator wrote a note for Heidi to call me and then she put me through to voicemail and I left another message. Heidi did return my call. When I questioned if the taillight was replaced she said it had not and made a note for the tech to include it in his services. This indicated to me that Heidi had not listened to her voicemail that had been left a couple of hours earlier. I am not impressed with your service department.

Vehicle had an appointment at 9:15. We dropped off vehicle around 9:00. They said it would be ready at noon. It wasn’t ready until about 2:00 pm. Why make an appointment if it’s not ready at promised time?
