I give her a 5 star rating. I enjoyed doing business with her ????????????. I also think that Ford Motor owes me a new motor because I have the same motor that you have the recall for but you denied me because of the Vin number which applies to the car and not the motor.

Very poor service and they didn't even finish the 120k mile service after three visits, Which makes me wonder if what they did was even correct.. Unacceptable!

If I have an appointment for one day and my truck sets in the back lot for a week before being looked at,there’s a problem. If you can work on a 93 ford diesel,also a problem. If I tell you to replace the injection pump,and you burn up my starter because you can get it to start, replace the starter and the injection pump. I said replace what’s needed until I’m $5,000 in and nothing gets done. But April was wonderful, your mechanic needs help
There seemed to be a lack of communication in the service department. We were told to leave our car and it would be serviced the week after Thanksgiving. After about 2 weeks, we just picked up our car. To my knowledge, it was never looked at.
