All of my interactions with Heidi have been great. Having dealt with many auto service personnel at various Ford dealerships across the country for many years, I can say with confidence she is by far the most knowledgable, communicative, and personable service department person I have ever had the pleasure working with. All that to say, she represents Rieselman and Ford as a whole in a very positive and confident manner. April was a great service advisor and kept me updated on what was being done to my vehicle and communicated well with letting me know when my vehicle would be done. They had my vehicle in and out in a great time. I enjoy coming to ford for my vehicle maintenance because they are great at explaining my issues and the people working on the vehicle are experienced and knowledgeable even though I don’t drive a Ford. This was our first service/oil change on our new vehicle. After a less than ideal buying process with the old ownership, we were not sure what to expect. It turned out to be a very good experience.

I scheduled my vehicle for service my check engine light was on. I also received through Ford pass there 3 CPS issues. My appointment was set over a week in advance. My mileage was at 3,600 and my Eascape is a 2020. I asked them to pickup the vehicle I didn't have a ride home. They picked it up and two days went by I heard nothing. I finally called and Johnathon said they were waiting for a technician to run the diagnostic which I had to pay for. I asked why is it taking two days for that and if they didn't have someone why did they pick up my car? He finally called the next day and said the part had to with my emissions. I stated emissions and parts are covered under 5 year warranty. He said no it wasn't and it would cost $600. I argued and pulled my warranty off the Ford website and sent it to him where it stated all parts related to emissions are covered. He said no it wasn't and nothing they could do. I told him to during my vehicle home and I would call Ford myself. Which I'm in the process of doing. He was very unhelpful in the beginning until I told him I wasn't getting it fixed until I spoke to Ford. Then all of sudden he said he would speak woth his manager because he didn't want my experience to be bad. To late for that. He said he spoke to the manager didn't tell me who and he said the part was coming up as not covered and his hands were tied. Makes no sence to me when it clearly has to do with emissions. This is not my first bad experience with this Ford dealership. I thought the new owners would change that. But apparently not.

Service Department was fabulous. Tried to look at a explorer on the lot was told by 2 salesman's it wasn't on the lot . Didn't look to hard because it was there ! Not impressed by the sales Department!
