We were not informed our repair could take more than one day to complete when we dropped off our vehicle. After speaking with a service representative, we ended up picking our car up the same day and were told it was complete but it was not.
They had the truck for 2 weeks, I had to continue asking what was going on with the truck. Then I pick it up, it was on empty, 27 miles to go until out of gas
Heidi was awesome! I did find random screws today on my way to work sitting where my phone charging station is, wasn’t sure what they were for.
Jon got me in quickly, found the problem and fixed it quickly.
