Dropped off truck weds night, had it scheduled for thurs morning, needed part ordered so truck was left for fri, got a call saying they were backed up and truck won’t be done until sat - i had to cancel because it was already an inconvenience finding transportation for those few days, was offered a loaner after i asked the previous day if i could and was declined - been taking my truck here for services since i purchased it in 2017, this experience was by far the worst i’ve had since, still had to pay $160 diag after nothing was done

I brought my car in on Wednesday, September 9th for a 9:30 appointment on Thursday morning. I called Faulkner at 2:19 on Thursday, to be told that there was a back log and the car would be worked on soon. The repair was completed after 4:00. I feel that if there is a delay that I should have been notified via call or email.

The team at Toyota Trevose were very professional, efficient, and they explained everything clearly with no surprises in cost. Great experience from start to finish. Shannon Haughney is a great example of professionalism. He was able to order my car parts (recall,door panel) quickly and promptly with no issues and the team at Toyota got my car serviced in just a couple of hours. I recently changed locations from Toyota at Langhorne to Trevose due to long wait time and very unorganized.
