If premium first class existed in the auto repair business, Chanell and Rich provided me with world class service. I’m so glad I was able to connect with Tom Joyce who recommended Rich and Chanell. They were nothing but communicative at every stage, detail oriented, and very kind with troubleshooting every single one of my issues I had since early July at another dealership. They took the time to help me as if I was the only client and worked towards each solution as quickly but thoroughly as possible.
