It's simple really I bought this truck over three weeks ago from this car dealership. It was a 2015 Chevrolet Silverado. The day I drove home I reached out to the salesman Rosal or whatever his name is I'm not sure I said there's a noise when I turn it slow speed and there's also an issue with the brakes. I took it in. I told Christopher about the issue with the noise he said they have to order part and they'll have me in as soon as it comes in. While I was there, I said please check the brakes. There's an issue when I try to stop the steering wheel shakes and there's something going on. Keep in mind I called about this issue the next day after I drove at home. He said we checked the brakes Everything is fine. I continue driving the truck I brought it back in this morning to have that noise fixed again something I called about the first day I drove it home. When I checked in the car this morning I also mentioned to Christopher again. There's still something going on with the brakes. This is now three weeks to four weeks after I bought the truck after I've told him about this multiple times he insisted again that the brakes were inspected and they were fine but he said he will take a look at them. An hour and a half passes by he comes up to me in the waiting area and says they finally did a test drive on my truck and they felt the steering wheel shaking and they felt the brake pedal shaking. Finally after almost 4 weeks they did a true inspection and they actually found out what the problem was. Christopher went on to tell me the previous owner put on aftermarket brake pads onto old rotors. He went on to tell me they could do an inexpensive repair not a full switch out for $600. Then said I'm not comfortable with that. I want this address the right way I've been calling about this issue for almost a month since I bought the truck. He then said it would be $1200 to repair the brakes 100%. I said OK sounds good then he went on the say but the dealership is not responsible because when they did the inspection before I bought the truck it passed inspection even though they didn't test drive. I then said to him, but how am I responsible for this when you clearly see there's an issue that has been going on since the day I drove at home and I called about it and I told my salesman about it. We argued back-and-forth and he said he could get the price down to a little under $1000 but it would still be my responsibility. I said to him know that's unacceptable. They fixed the issue. I had come there for and they gave me my keys and they didn't do anything about my bad brakes so I had to take it somewhere and pay someone else $1000 to get all new brakes put on because your dealership refuse to address the issue. So again just so we're fully on the same page the day. I drove it home. I called about this issue with the noise in the front and I also let them know there's an issue with the brakes and an issue with the tires that was pulling. That's something else I had to pay and get new tires put on because I had paid three times to get the alignment fixed and Christopher kept saying that everything is good with the tires when I finally got new tires put on the steering issue went away. Now as I previously stated, this is not something that just happened one month after I got the truck. I called about this issue the day I got the truck or the day after. Chris said it was inspected multiple times and everything was fine and it turns out they never did a test tribe to do with true inspection on the vehicle and they sold me a truck with defective brake. And stock me paying another place $1000 to fix it so am I happy am I satisfied absolutely not. Not only did the dealership do an improper inspection, but they never addressed the issue. They never tried to help me with it so I am very unhappy right now.
Thank you for great service. I ll definitely be back
Chanell was kind and courteous, a true asset to your team.
I waited around 3 Hours from the time I arrived to have the work done. When they sent me the results of the work that needed to be done, the writing was so small I could barely read it on my phone. I had to find my representative to let him know what I agreed to have done with my car.
David was so professional and personable at the same time. He explained everything clearly and was up front about costs of the work to be done.
Shannon was extremely helpful and he actually saved me money on my service. Much appreciated! Thank you Shannon

Great service from Chanell
I didn't mind coming in today, but there was no reason for it. I'd brought my car in for the 6 ninth check up on 5/1, but my car thought I needed the 5k check up.
Timely professional service
Service was timely and communication was great with the service advisor, I appreciated the video from the technician reviewing my vehicle. Only suggestion as I've been to multiple other dealerships for service. When getting my vehicle serviced, having tables near outlets or having outlets installed on tables for laptops is A convenience that people look for, so people can work while they wait for their vehicles. Team Toyota and Lexus of Wilmington both have areas to work remotely.
Wonderful person understands kind
I was originally told prior to scheduling an appt that my fluids needed to be topped off. My car said service was needed. But have no idea if they topped my fluids. They found a nail in my tire, I received a new tire which I am thankful for. But did they top off my fluids? I don’t know! And I would like to know.
Very courteous and efficient
