This is the second time you sent this text to me. I know that you have a new system, but it seems to be rather inefficient. I drove my car in and a man greeted me and took my keys and told me I had to wait for someone else to show up. I waited about 15 minutes and finally, a man came over and confirmed my appointment on an iPad. I don’t know why the first guy couldn’t have done that. I got several text messages trying to sell me added services. I didn’t find your new system.

Prices are very high, I could have had brakes down for 30 percent cheaper at my other trusted mechanic. If you want to keep our business keep prices in line with other shops

Service was great. Information provided was very helpful. Francois was extremely helpful But… I sat there for over 5 hours!!! The vending machine choices are blah! And the coffee was terrible The first time in 19 years that I’ve waited so long (I bought my truck at/from Faulkner and gave brought it there for every service and inspection)
