Two fridays ago showed up for service and to fix remote start. Christopher was not there and either was remote start tech. Had to go back past Friday. After waiting an hour Christopher said I set my car to valet and showed me how to use my remote start. Problem was it wasn’t my fob. Found out they worked on the wrong car. After waiting another hour he said it was fixed and told me I was good to go. I called when I got home for paperwork. He said his printer was broke and finally emailed it to me.
