I have been very satisfied in the past dealing with Faulkner Toyota Dealership Feasterville & felt that Cris Montero was helpful & pleasant to deal with on the most recent trip to have my car serviced as well as getting Cris on a previous service.. However, I thought the final tab charged for the work done was higher in price than I thought it would be or expected. The price was later adjusted from approx $900+ to $756 after I verbally requested eliminating a rear brake light for approx $400 which needs to be done by Inspection in a few months. ..also there was coupon that I recvd in mail applied to Brakes.

Very courteous and knowledgeable. Patiently and professionally explained me about the maintenance and oil change. Im thankful for the other person who was also very courteous and professional. He was sitting at the first desk by the wall. He made my day. Great customer service in general! All staff are respectful and friendly. Everything was explained and was pretty easy to form scheduling the appointment to following every step while car is being checked. I could follow the maintenance process via The text messages and links . Very impressive and convenient. Thanks a million!
