Cris is always great. I have dealt with him since he was hired. I also appreciate Rob the initial greeter when one drives into the intake area. I have been using Faulkner since 1981 when it was Peter Alan Toyota on Old Bustleton Pike in Philadelphia. I have always been pleased.

Your new phone messaging system makes it more difficult to reach a customer’s service advisor. A more streamlined process is needed to allow talking directly to your service advisor when required.
