One of the employees took the truck for a 23 miles personal run to 7 eleven for lottery tickets and another store. This was not a test run, the test runs was completed the day before. I had dash cam footage and app tracking to prove it. Definitely will not be returning to this location ever again

Rude employees. Waited for minutes until someone cared to ask if needed held. Brad that bald head dumbo lied that he told me how much the oil change is gonna cost beforehand. Worst Toyota dealership. Imma stay at Sloane on cottman.

It was my third service, but only have 10000 miles. I requested for oil change. They told me it will do next time. They rotate the tire, I requested them for checking tire pressure since lt’s low. But they didn’t check it. I was almost home and checked the pressure and it was as low. Then I came back to the center and asked the same. They checked it and it was low as 29-30 PSI

Everything is very good! Just replace the spark plug. Your labor cost is too expensive! Yesterday, I went to Auto and bought my own accessories to replace $32! You want $333 over there. It's unbelievable.
