Chanell was great—always communicating with us on a timely basis when issue arose. To no fault of hers, we did have frustration with broken or missing parts that caused the repair to last a couple of days instead of a few hours. Luckily we had another car at home to use.

Inconsistent service. I was quoted $466 for a windshield and two weeks later quoted $1,026. I found someone else who only charged me $360 and came to my house. I was also quoted $160 to replace the mirror on the passenger side. I found one on Amazon, same day for $39 and popped it in myself. So essentially you’re charging 3xs (+75%) to pop in a $39 window. In this economy, I can not afford to pay double or triple the price of service upon everything else that has skyrocketed. I would have appreciated if you would look out for struggling customers and been real about the pricing and other options. Luckily I received some good advice after asking around. I love your customer service though, everyone is very nice.

I don't particularly like all these questionnaires from you. I only do it so the hard working people at Faulkner Toyota don't get in trouble with corporate. What a shame. Ive been a customer for decade. These questionnaires are burdensome
