Francois explained everything to me. Was pleasant and respectful. He came out when I car was completed, addressed my tire concern and repaired it at not charge with a simple tire plug. My experience was easy and quick. Thank you Francois.

We bought our truck from team Toyota of Langhorne and that’s where we have gotten it serviced since we bought it but the last 3-4 times have been awful dealing with them trying to charge me extra doing stuff I didn’t ask for. So a friend recommended Faulkner and it was the best experience we have had since owning this truck.
