I called in beforehand I made the appointment and I told them that the last time I went in my tires were low and the guy said well that's odd they should have checked that and I said okay can you make sure you check it okay yeah no problem this time when I went in they actually had me recorded on their books cuz they wrote it down and I went in I didn't say a thing I left and my tires are still low if that's not bad customer service then what is

I was charged for 1.5 hours of service that probably took less than half of that time. I had to ask them to change the sticker on the wind shield for the next service mileage and date. Also had to ask them to reset next service time on the car’s computer.

The 8 hour wait time for my vehicle was not the greatest experience. However, I am understanding of the current circumstances with the tire sale generating a lot of service traffic. Tires ride great, so I can’t complain on that front.
