Everything was fine except I wish someone would have called and told me that they needed to keep my vehicle overnight and most of the next day! It wasn’t an issue this time but it could have been huge problem if I had to work or had appointments elsewhere. That is my only feedback, everything else was good and staff was friendly.
Need to add to text messages that the given cost does not include fluid cost so as a customer we don’t expect that what is given is the final cost.

Needed extra close inspection of the undercarriage for possible damage, found some, assessed as not an impact to drive ability or safety. Gave me peace of mind!!!

It didn’t fix what I took it in there for and your technician is the one that messed it up in the first place I took it in there to correct an irregularity with regards to an image saying you needed service which it didn’t, and after he worked on that he turn something on that made the steering wheel jerk out of my hand and beep every time it went to the side of the road. I will bring it in next week and get that fixed as I have put too much time in it and don’t have time right now to do it busy weekend.

I am so mad at the moment I can’t see straight! I called and made an appointment and dropped my car off Tuesday night 6/4 at which time the gentleman at the counter told me that if they found anything they would call me to see if I wanted it fixed or not. I got a message via text @ 9:32am on Wednesday 6/5 that my multi point inspection was done and ready for review and a text that my vehicle was ready to be picked up and I could go online and pay for the service and I wouldn’t have to wait in line. So I went online and reviewed the inspection. Several things confused me with this list of check off’s. I’m not even sure if my oil got changed or my tires were rotated as I requested when I dropped it off due to the fact we were going on vacation Saturday. So I went online and I payed the bill. But because of the confusion I had with the check list and the way the bill itself was written, I used the message box and sent a message wanting to know if the two filters were changed and were the battery cables cleaned as suggested. And again that we were leaving on vacation and I wanted these things done. I never got a response from anyone. I spent my late afternoon and early evening with my brother in law at logansport hospital getting his preadmission paperwork done for cancer surgery so I didn’t make it back to Warsaw until around 6:30pm. I unlock my car and I can’t find my keys anywhere. My husband comes over and looks and he can’t find the keys either. Now I’m upset. I live 45 minutes from the dealership. And every time I come up I have to make arrangements for my son who is a c-4 quadriplegic. So now I’m thinking great I have to come back tomorrow to get the car keys. I’m getting madder! So I pop the hood and we look at the filter and battery cables. Nothing had been done. IM REALLY MAD NOW. So I call and I leave a message. A not so nice message suggesting that someone get a hold of me and I’m taking my car home. Then my husband says babe we will have to come back up here to get the extra set of keys because we can’t go on vacation without them. So I call back and leave another not so nice message that I was leaving my car here and I wanted someone to call me first thing in the morning. I’m going to have to wait for my husband to get off of work and come back up to Warsaw for THE THIRD TIME. I also realized that I was supposed to take my car TONIGHT to have it detailed tomorrow morning! So now I have to cancel that. So am I happy no I am not! This whole thing is a disaster. And your company has been able to do something that I haven’t done in a long time. I lost my cool. I yelled at an answering machine! So now I’m wondering if my oil got changed or my tires rotated? Because my husband could have done what you did. Walked around my car and checked off boxes. Again I suggest that someone calls me asap and gets all of this straightened out. I didn’t pay $110 to be told what NEEDED to be done without ANYTHING BEING DONE! I have used your dealership multiple times since I purchased my car and not had an issue. I even looked at trucks the other night playing with the idea that it was time to trade my car in. The way I feel at this point in time. I’ll be more than happy to drive an extra 45 min and purchase it somewhere else.
