Phone calls not returned. Inconsistency between your team members on additional charges for diagnostics fee. Mis diagnosis. Overall it has been a very frustrating experience and $2,000 later there is still an oil leak I’m trying to get guidance on. Please call me. ****-****-xxxx

Kim is great! I don’t understand how 2000 miles ago when I had oil change and tire rotation my tires were 6/32 and 7/32 and today I was told they are down to 4/32 in just 2000 miles. I’m right at 37000 miles and have kept up rotation, so as always I’d expect to get around 50000 miles out of a set of tires. They also checked alignment 2000 miles ago.

Kim was gteat. I had an issue about the engine shroud. I had removed it so I could jump the battery so I could get my car to the dealership. I left it and the push connectors on my passenger seat. After the new battery was installed 5he shroud was not reattached. Nor was I asked if I wanted it reattached. I asked the service manager why and he brusqely said they leave it the way they found it. I said zi was in the waiting area and why didnt they just ask me. He just re-iterated the same point. They then re-attached it. Wjen I got home, I checked and it frankly was half-assed attached bit some of the puch pins had broken. The shroud was loose and could easily bouce off in bumpy conditions. $260 for a battery switch out is a premium price and I expect more thoeough and respectful treatment from the manager. Again, Kim is good and respectful to a 70 year old man. That is my feedback.
