Everyone is always courteous. I did notice that my tire censor light is still on. Not sure what to do about that as they said my tires were all inflated correctly.

I’m not pleased with the rates and quotes your company provides. Your website is misleading regarding prices. My brother’s Highlander received a quote of $3,000 for a front timing cover leak. Today, my 4Runner was quoted over $3,500 for upper balljoints and end links, and brakes were quoted at $1,200. It seems like your dealership has shifted its focus from serving loyal Toyota customers to prioritizing profit. Our family has purchased two brand-new Toyotas from your dealership, and we’re considering taking our business elsewhere.

Went to have my oil changed and it took over an hour plus I had to ask if my vehicle was done. Seemed to be confused as to where it was and what took so long.
