My first set of brakes on my wife’s 2018 Camry hybrid we purchased new from you lasted 111,000 miles when I had your team replace “or so I thought” all the rotors, pads, boots, hardware on all 4 wheels. This was done 11 months or 14,000 miles ago. My wife had been mentioning her brakes not responding like she expected for months but I told her it’s likely just because they are new and there was no way they would be worn out at 10-14,000 miles when the originals lasted 111,000 with 10% of pad left even at that time when I paid over 1,000 to get them all replaced. My wife came back from a trip last week mentioning she was hearing a grinding sound when she braked and the car did not stop well. I took off the rear wheels only to find it was metal on metal with no pad left and big grooves in the rotor. I do lots of car repair myself and have done hundreds of brake jobs. With my experience the rotors and pads looked as though they were not replaced on the rear brakes when I paid to have it done. The front brakes looked great! This frustrates me as my wife was driving my two boys and herself all over trusting that the brakes were new and thinking she could trust them to stop her when she needed. The new service team handled the situation well and replaced them under warranty however that does not change the fact that your techs neglect 11months ago put my family at risk.

My compliments to your entire service department. I purchased a 2029 Tacoma and had an issue with water leaking in the cab and it was taken care of promptly and professionally. The vehicle also had an aftermarket winch on it that wasn’t working and even though there was no obligation to fix it they took care of it also and got it working. Very satisfied customer!!!

Your service department has done a complete 180. They were friendly, helpful, extremely fast, professional and under-promised them over-delivered. Exceptional job. I needed to come in the next day for additional service and it was the same friendly, helpful and quick service as the day before. Their consistency shows this is ingrained protocol and not just as one-off thing. Well done!

They helped me with going to the rental car to pick up and drop it off when they were done fixing the truck they had the parts when I dropped it off fixed it that one day picked it up the next day problem was not really with the truck it was with little Critters at home that chewed some wires so I put stuff around the truck but they don't like the smell of to keep them away
