My only complaint is that no one told us the sensors would take some time to calibrate (or whatever) so we drove home and tire PSI was still not reading tires. It took about 30 additional minutes of driving for PSI reading to come on. But by then we had called to make service dept aware.

I dropped my van off around 3:00 pm on Thursday (2021 Sienna) and we discussed the work needed and the deadline of 3:00 on Friday. I received a text with a video and document for my vehicle check-in. The document is for a 2012 sienna and the video is not my van.

I trust the Service technicians completely with my aging Toyota Camry. They are professional and kind, making sure I know what’s needed and what the costs will be. I never feel like I’m being up-sold or pushed into something that is unnecessary or over priced. Give this team a gold star and a raise!!????

On the way home, my low tire pressure alarm went off. I called to let them know. I got home and all but right rear tire were good. The right rear was 34, just over the 33 recommended psi. So I reset the alarm. By the time I got home I found I had to turn my steering wheel slightly to the left to go straight. When I tried to hold steering wheel straight, it veered to the right. Alignment is unacceptable. Also,I bought new tires 1 yr ago with a warranty and they are going bad...for only driven 6000 miles. Awaiting word back on tire issue. What about the Alignment!
